There wasn't anything we didn't like.

The staff, the location and the amenities were all top notch. I was impressed how close the hotel was to Tokyo station and it made everything extremely easy to navigate and a wonderful place to return to after a hectic day in Tokyo.

Beds were very hard and uncomfortable

Great location literally steps away from Tokyo central station made it easy with travel across with big suitcases from the Narita express train. Very friendly staff with super cheap luggage forwarding service within a hotel so heading to Kyoto for onward Japan journey was so easy. Subway stations are about 5-10mins walk too.

Great value for money. Couldn’t fault it.

Overpriced due to its location. Even tinier than others nearby. Overall fine.
