The bed was loud, the tub didn't drain well, and the Hot Tub that was advertises did not work for our entire stay...

The room provided had no privacy at all. The only window the room had face the pool area where everyone can see you unless you decided to be in the dark with all blinds down. The staff did not care at all and when we asked to move rooms they wanted to charge us $150 on top of the $700n that we had already spent on the room. It was absurd.

Only issue was the pillows were too big. It may sound petty, but for folks with neck issues, it’s hard to get comfortable.

This stay was a treat! It was fun too, pretend to be living in a modern high-rise in downtown Denver for the weekend. The pool, workout room, common space, Whole Foods at the bottom of the building, and kitchenette inside the room, gave me everything I needed for the weekend. All of those areas were able to be used by visitors. The Whole Foods downstairs was incredibly convenient in order to grab breakfast, a snack, a water bottle, or a toothbrush my bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows, and the layout of the room was nice for a long weekend because it provided a couch area and some gathering space. I was traveling with my family so it was nice to be able to go to each other‘s rooms and sit on the couches and visit for a while.. The location in downtown Denver was walkable to many things, easy to get picked up by an Uber, and directly across the street from Union Station, where I took the train to and from the airport. There were a few folks lingering around the building or sitting on benches, which is to be expected in a large downtown area. I never felt unsafe and they did not cause any issues. The front desk of the building always had someone at it and the building required a key to be scanned to get in and use the elevator.

Only confusion was that the other people I was traveling with ended up in a room in a different tower of the building. Navigating between towers on the campus was a bit confusing until you understood the layout.

It’s the strangest lay out of a hotel that I have ever experienced. It was designed as a residential layout converted to a hotel. It is still a majority residential entity.

Shared with residents. The music from one of the residents rooms was playing until 4 am. Not acceptable.

To date one of the cleanest and well kept facilities i’ve ever stayed at. I wish I lived here lol
