DIARIA CARA PARA O SERVIÇO ENTREGUE, MEU PRIMEIRO QUARTO ESTAVA COM UMA CAMA QUEBRADA, SOLICITEI A TROCA E FUI ATENDIDA. O QUARTO ERA PARA 03 PESSOAS COM CAMAS DE SOLTEIRO, SENDO QUE UMA DELA ERA NO TAMANHO PEQUENO, EU TENHO 1,63 E QUASE QUE MEUS PÉS FICAM DE FORA DA CAMA. NÃO TINHA TOALHAS NO QUARTO, PRECISEI SOLICITAR NÃO TINHA SABONETE LIQUIDO E NEM SHAMPOO/CONDICIONADOR NO FRASCO DO BANHEIRO. E PARA FINALIZAR PAGUEI 14,00 PARA USAR UMA FACA. ACHEI UM ABSURDO. JAMAIS FICAREI NESSE HOTEL NOVAMENTE.
