Personale estremamente scorbutico, poco disponibile e completamente privo di flessibilità nei confronti dei clienti. Il check-in era previsto per le ore 15:00. Siamo arrivati alle 14:40 e, nonostante la camera fosse già pronta, ci è stato categoricamente negato l’accesso. Parliamo di appena 20 minuti di anticipo, con una stanza già disponibile. Un atteggiamento che dimostra una totale mancanza di attenzione verso il cliente e un’inutile rigidità nell’applicazione delle regole. La disponibilità e la cortesia dovrebbero essere alla base dell’ospitalità, ma evidentemente non in questa struttura. Ancora più grave, però, è stata la gestione del deposito bagagli, che solleva seri dubbi sulla sicurezza. La struttura dichiarava di offrire un servizio di deposito bagagli fino alle ore 18:00. Tuttavia, quando sono tornata alle 13:00 per recuperare il mio, ho constatato che non c’era assolutamente nessuno a sorvegliare gli effetti personali lasciati in custodia. Come se non bastasse, la porta di accesso al piano era costantemente aperta, a qualsiasi ora del giorno. Di conseguenza, chiunque fosse a conoscenza del codice del portone principale avrebbe potuto entrare indisturbato, raggiungere il deposito, prendere qualsiasi bagaglio lasciato incustodito e andarsene senza alcun controllo. Trovo assurdo che una struttura sia così inflessibile su 20 minuti di anticipo al check-in, ma allo stesso tempo dimostri una tale superficialità nella gestione della sicurezza dei beni dei propri ospiti. Le regole vengono applicate rigidamente quando si tratta di non agevolare il cliente, mentre sembrano completamente assenti quando si tratta di garantire un servizio sicuro e affidabile. Esperienza decisamente negativa. Una struttura ricettiva dovrebbe distinguersi per ospitalità, disponibilità e sicurezza: tre aspetti che, purtroppo, in questo caso sono venuti a mancare.

The staff is very well organized even with a limited time window when the hotel is open (9.30 -18.30). They promptly reply to requests over whatsapp, giving all the needed information. Self.checkin is also available if you get there outside of the opening hours.

Die Lage ist super. Man ist in wenigen Gehminuten am Bahnhof und auch in der City. Die Bettdecken waren angenehm dick, was im Oktober sehr vorteilhaft ist. Das Zimmer ist super groß.

Die Rezeptionistin war beim extra verabredeten Check-in zu spät (ohne Entschuldigung). Die Nachttischlampen verfügten nicht über Leuchtmittel. Der Reinigungsservice war für "jeden dritten Tag" geplant, was sicher okay ist, aber zu Engpässen beim WC-Papier führte. Der ausgewiesene Wasserkocher entpuppte sich als "EIN Wasserkocher für das ganze Hotel". Nicht alle Steckdosen funktionierten. Die Türschlösser der Zimmer waren sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Fotos im Internet wirken gemütlicher als es eigentlich ist.
