The elevator. Quite slow sometimes. Especially during peak hours when you stay on the highest level. Have to spare 10-15 minutes early to ensure you're not late if you're in a hurry.
Other than hotel facilities, there a lot of shop downstair of the hotel. The food variety and the price also is affordable.
