The apartment was beautiful and very modern. Blue bay is an ideal location for families, super safe, great beach.

Nothing bad, a lot of iguana poop around the pool. That could have been cleaner but I didn't complain, if I did most likely someone would have cleaned it.
The apartment rooms were clean and large. The staffs at the desk are nice and courteous.

The apartment #11 @ the Reef was minimal and did not include toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, and you have to ask for additional toilet paper. The electricity is metered and you pay extra $ if you run the AC all day. The pool is cleaned 3x a week and needed to be cleaned daily due to debris and there are animals’ “poop” around the pool. I saw a cleaning guy use a pool brush dip it in the pool to brush off poop stains. Instead of picking up the poop, he brushed it to the bushes around the pool. Additionally the price provided on booking.com does not include the credit card fees of 4% that you are responsible to pay. This was not quite a good experience for a Luxury Resort.

Jammer dat er geen gym was. Ook vond ik groepslessen onduidelijk, waar/wanneer etc.. Een auto is handig..
