Da a un patio muy ruidoso con clases de baile y gente hablando . Sartenes llenos de aceite , limpieza justa . Todo muy poco en cuanto a equipamiento y calidad . Es Ginebra pero podría estar mucho mejor por muy poco dinero .

Location of the property was very central; close to attractions and restaurants.

1) The apartment looked tired; it needs updating and uplift. 2) I don't believe this is suitable for a family of 6, it is small. 3) Toilet is tightly placed between 2 units (see pics). Some people will struggle to fit in that space. 4) Bathtub and shower unit is tired, this is directly bracing the washer and dryer. The shower curtain is the only protection from direct water contact with the units (pictures attached). This was a safety concern for me. 5) There seems to be a homeless lodger sleeping bag / stuff at the entrance of the building. This is not a welcoming feeling and scent (pictures attached). 6) The dryer was full of someone's clothes. The 'cleaner' if present should have picked this up.
