The room was clean and spacious, with plenty of room to move around. The television and internet were functioning, although the TV channels were limited to local free-to-air broadcasts. In terms of cleanliness, space and basic facilities, the room itself was satisfactory.

Check-in was frustrating because the key supposedly left in the mailbox was missing. I still could not check in by 7:15 pm and felt dirty and tired. I initially wanted a refund so I could go home, which would have taken about an hour and allowed me to pray Asar on time. Instead, I went to Masjid Wilayah for Asar and Maghrib and only left for the accommodation after 7:16 pm. The parking instructions were confusing and did not explain that I had to pay first and claim reimbursement. Worried about accumulating high parking charges, I went out for dinner without first showering or freshening up and only parked after 10 pm. The parking reimbursement took three days. Security also concerned me. The mailbox lock opened easily, and there was no additional internal door lock. With the key missing, I worried that someone else might have access. Tower 3 at Arte Mont Kiara felt quite isolated to me, particularly the walkway to the lift and the parking area. At night, a recurring ticking sound in the bedroom made me afraid to sleep there. I slept in the living room until 3:30 am before finally feeling brave enough to move to the bedroom. Overall, the experience was stressful and substantially disrupted my rest.
