Staff were amazing, helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Bathroom nice and clean. Breakfast adequate, fresh bread, ham, cheese, yogurt and granola, butter, and jam. Choice of tea and coffee, and orange juice.

May be a little noisy from the street as it's on a corner, but any noise seemed to have died down by 10.30pm. Wasn't really an issue.
The location is great to reach anything and the staff was super friendly. The breakfast was also quite good
