Wir waren mit der Unterkunft insgesamt total zufrieden. Die Lage ermöglicht es, ganz viele Hotspots zu Fuß zu erreichen. Mit dem angebotenen Frühstück konnten wir gut in den Tag starten. :-)

Die Klimaanlage bzw. Belüftung waren ziemlich laut.
At the heart of Manhattan, literally 2 minutes from Times Square. The location was perfect for the theaters I attended; they were all from 3 to 10 minute-walk from the hotel. The premises are excellent and the staff (especially at the breakfast lounge)were kind and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean.

The poor varieties of cheese, milk, coffee. The variety of the breakfast choices could have been a little bit more diverse eg more cheese choices, more plant-based milk (almond, oat, coconut ), types of coffee and not just one type of egg ). Also, the lighting at the room was poorly designed, there was not enough light near the mirror and the combination of lighting was a bit inconvenient.

Hotel location was near public transport and easy to get to. Centralized location made it easy to see other areas in the city. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Management at the rooftop lounge was very courteous and attentive to needs.

Elevators can be packed but otherwise manageable. Roof top lounge was nice but not the best value but staff were very friendly and helpful. Management
