The hotel is new and has a great location, close to shops and restaurants and the reception staff were okay.

However, the overall service and housekeeping were extremely disappointing. The phone in my room wasn’t working, and even after reporting the issue to the staff, nothing was done about it. The housekeeping was terrible. I am staying for 10 days, and I had to ask for my room to be cleaned multiple times. Even then, the cleaning was very poor. They didn’t empty the rubbish bins, refill the coffee supplies, or wash the glasses in the room bu themselves .The bed was also poorly made, with very little effort put into the overall cleanliness and presentation of the room. Having to repeatedly ask for basic housekeeping services during a 10-day stay is unacceptable. The location is great, but unfortunately, the poor housekeeping and lack of response to complaints completely ruined my experience. The service was 0/10. I would not stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to others.
