Cuando llegamos no estaba limpio y nos tuvimos q esperar hasta las 8 de la noche para entrar. El desague del lavabo estaba atascado y no lo podiamos usar. Esta justo encima de un bar musical q ponen la musica a todo volumen hasta las 3 de la madrugada. El propietario nos dijo que nos devolveria una noche y ha pasado dos dias y todavia no lo ha hecho.

La sera la vicinanza di pub con musica alta fino a tarda sera. Noi siamo rimasti 4 notti, lunedì tranquillo, martedì, mercoledì e giovedì musica altissima fino all una di notte, e non si riesce a dormire, a noi non hanno fornito tappi per le orecchie come avevo letto su altre recinzioni, all’una abbassavano il volume che rimaneva udibile ma poi si riusciva a dormire. Nelle scale l’odore è nauseante. L’appartamento non era pulito bene.

Deze accommodatie is wat ons betreft niet geschikt voor gezinnen. Het appartement ligt boven een restaurant dat rond 22.30 uur verandert in een bar. De muziek stond erg hard en was in de accommodatie zeer duidelijk te horen. Zelfs met oordoppen was het geluid niet te negeren. Op vrijdag- en zaterdagnacht ging de harde muziek door tot ongeveer 03.00 uur, waardoor slapen vrijwel onmogelijk was. In de instructies wordt vermeld dat het ’s avonds “a bit noisy” kan worden, maar dat vinden wij echt een understatement. Het gaat niet om wat achtergrondgeluid, maar om harde muziek die urenlang duidelijk in het appartement te horen is. Verder is de accommodatie op zich prima, maar de hygiëne en afwerking kunnen beter. In het beddengoed en de handdoeken zaten vlekken en beide roken wat muf. Daarnaast deden sommige lampen het niet, zaten enkele stopcontacten los en lekte het kraantje bij het toilet. Ook hing er in de hal een erg onaangename geur. We weten niet waar deze vandaan kwam of in hoeverre de verhuurder hier iets aan kan doen, maar het viel wel behoorlijk op. Al met al: gezien de prijs hadden we geen luxe accommodatie verwacht, maar er is zeker ruimte voor verbetering.

Wir waren informiert darüber, dass sich die Wohnung über einer lebendigen Bar befindet und konnten diese Atmosphäre mit Oropax ausgerüstet genießen. Die Wohnung war groß, ansprechend ausgestattet und sehr zentral gelegen.

El restaurante de abajo ocupa el portal continuamente con sillas, mesas y cajas. Además tanto portal como escalera olían muy mal a podrido y era muy molesto cuando tenías que salir y/o entrar del apartamento. Como se indica la zona es muy ruidosa pero mucho mucho

It is noisy but windows are pretty effective and we knew about the noise in advance. It was just very hot when keeping the windows shut. Curtains could have been better in front bedroom as quite bright for sleeping.
