Очень грязно, ответшало, старо, не актуально. Удивлена что у отеля 4 звезды.
Прекрасное расположение - Теренкур рядом с отелем. Хороший завтрак, вкусный кофе. Было очень чисто. Полотенца меняли каждый день.

Great location and nice cafeteria for breakfast. Good choice of meals. Walking distance to shopping mall, hospital, cafes. I stayed there two years in a row.

The mattress is hard. The shower and toilet is so small that one can barely walk around without touching the sink or toilet seat or shower wall. It has dangerous high step in the toilet that may hurt someone one day if used at night.
Very friendly and supportive all staff members, good tasty breakfast, big shop within 7 mins walk, tea in the room, 1 0.5 l bottle of water every day for free, I recommend to stay in half-luxus room with the balcony

The size of some Standart single rooms was the smallest I have ever seen in my life, the mattress was awful, no space for legs when you sit on the toilet; also very very small shower, I was not lucky to have a normal room but super small, and as hotel was overbooked, I could not change it; after 5 days I managed to change to half-lux with additinal cost which was much much better, and for that I had to check out and wait for a room to check in again, was not convenient but at least I had a better room, would be great to have a chance to see the room in advance as on the pics I saw on booking you see different rooms and some are better, so you make decision based on good pics, in reality you may end up in some terrible room; several days we didn't have light but not because of the hotel, but local issues, at least the light was at the reception/restaurant to charge the phones; also the big dog was barking like crazy at night from the neighbor private house, so could not sleep there
