Bathroom was not at all clean there were stains everywhere. The tissue kept in washroom has been decayed and it was green in color (photo has been attached). Linens had dust. As per booking.com breakfast was included in the price, when we asked the same they said the worker are not coming and they come very late so that there is no breakfast, which was very unprofessional. There was no water in washroom on the day of checkout where we had to leave by 8.30am for 11am flight, but due to water issue we were late by half hour. there is lot of management issue. I don’t know how this place has got good reviews.

Staff and the guy who manages the property, They go above and beyond the limits to ensure you are comfortable. (I was a bit under the weather, Past midnight around 3.30 AM, my symptoms got worse and guess what, the reception guy was ready with OTC medicines within minutes).

The queen room seems a bit small, but they upgraded us FOC.

Everything - this was experience however in general they hv good reviews so I don’t know ! We booked two beds in an AC four-bed dorm through Booking.com at a discounted price. Since online it was not specifying female-only dorm option but did show mixed dorm option or normal, I called the property before booking and was assured they could arrange it female only accommodation. Upon arrival, they tried to put us in non-AC accommodation despite we booked AC. I contacted Booking.com, who checked directly with the property. By now we had already waited an hour, Booking.com therefore offered a refund and a free booking elsewhere if property wasn’t giving ac room. However, the staff assured us our accommodation wil be sorted. We trusted them in GOOD FAITH and closed the complaint as resolved (MISTAKE!). We were then kept waiting for OVER ANOTHER HOUR despite being told it would take just 5 minutes, with repeated questions and excuses about the cleaner and check-in process. Had we known what awaited us, we would have accepted Booking.com’s offer. We were exhausted and just wanted to freshen up and go for dinner, but even that was ruined. Instead of the proper AC dorm, we were given staff accommodation beside reception. We later found a staff member had been sleeping on one of our allocated beds, with staff clothes and shoes in the room (pictures attached). The toilet was dirty even after cleaning, and its see-through grill door (pic attached)raised serious privacy concerns. The pillow cover was visibly filthy, and the blankets had strands of hair. Neither was changed despite our requests. The bedsheet was changed only because it had obvious stains. No towels or toiletries were provided. Despite our prior request for female-only accommodation, a male guest was allocated to the dorm late at night without notice or explanation. One of window was open with no glass covering, allowing mosquitoes in day and night.
