Впечатления гостей

• Cleanliness8.4

Mostly described as clean and well-kept in several reviews, though one comment noted cleanliness was 'not quite so good' for that stay.

• Service9.2

Staff described as friendly and helpful in multiple reviews; isolated issues noted with slow/chat-bot invoice handling and one fast-speaking receptionist.

• Location9.7

Consistently praised as centrally located, ideal for visiting the old town and within short walking distance of attractions and transport.

• Room Quality8.2

Beds often called comfortable, rooms sometimes generous, but several reports of beds being too soft, too short, third bed or extra bed too small and occasional small bathrooms or shower-door problems.

• Amenities8.3

Good amenities noted (air conditioning, high-quality blackout curtains); parking availability mentioned but garage is tight/expensive and some rooms lacked minibar/fridge.

• Value for Money9.3

Frequently called good value with several guests saying the hotel offers more comfort than comparable budget options; one note that parking fee felt high.

• Food and Beverage9.8

Breakfast repeatedly praised as extensive, high quality and a highlight of stays across multiple reviews.

• Overall Experience9.1

Overall very positive impressions with many guests saying they'd return or recommend; minor negatives (parking, occasional cleanliness/service or room-size issues) did not dominate.

I thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The room was very clean and the breakfast buffet was great. The chef made me and my husband poached eggs on request which were made in minutes. The service was great in the hotel as well.
