Впечатления гостей
- Cleanliness1.0
Mixed: several guests called the property very clean, but there are specific complaints (sand on shower mat, occasional housekeeping issues).
- Service1.0
Mixed: staff are frequently described as friendly and helpful, but major failures during a blackout (poor response, charging refused, extra fees) significantly hurt perceptions.
- Location1.0
Consistently praised as convenient and well located by multiple guests.
- Room Quality1.0
Negative: rooms/pods described as very cramped, minimal storage, thin mattresses or hard beds, poor soundproofing and insufficient space for luggage.
- Amenities1.0
Negative: several amenity failures noted (laundry machines out of order, broken lockers, missing lockbox locks, lack of slippers or basic kitchen utensils, no fans in pods).
- Value for Money1.0
Negative/mixed: some see it as a budget option, but several guests feel price is high relative to cramped space and service shortfalls.
- Food and Beverage1.0
Slight positive: complimentary coffee and basics appreciated, though lack of hot water during outages and limited F&B offerings noted.
- Overall Experience1.0
Mixed but leaning positive for some guests: several glowing reviews ("wonderful", "love it"), though other guests were deeply dissatisfied due to blackout and facility issues.
