被子和枕头都有味道，房间里也闻到一点油耗的味道，我住在高层，可能和楼下餐厅有关系。在窗帘下面发现了一只小蟑螂，还好不大可以自己处理掉。

Stayed for 4 nights. Easy and fast check in, they have 24 hour reception and concierge. MTR- Close to Kwun Tong station, only 10 min walk, lots of places nearby to buy food etc. Fantastic air con, air purifier and dehumidifier in the room. Ventilation of the room was fantastic. There is an international multi-charger converter in the room as well. Lots of space in the room for luggage etc and to sit around.

Cleanliness could be improved. There were stains and hairs from previous guests that were there when I checked in my room and still there even when housekeeping serviced my room daily. Shower drain blocked and floods. No toilet brush to clean toilet. Strange shower tap- water went from no hot water for 5-6 mins to scorching hot and then back to normal. Basic tv, no smart tv or netflix. No self service laundry.
