All the staff that I interacted with in person were very friendly. The location was excellent for our needs. It was close to the park and restaurants. The landscaping within the hotel is beautiful.

Our room was dusty upon arrival. We left the windows open to air it out which helped. The mattress was old and uncomfortable. The kitchen wasn't well stocked in terms of pots, pans, dishes and utensils. It was fairly bare bones.

El hotel está ubicado cerca de algunos lugares de interés, se puede ir caminando, el vecindario es seguro, Sandra nos dio algunos tips a nuestra llegada, volveríamos a hospedarnos debido a lo bonito que esta el hotel, se siente diferente por las plantas y los detalles que tienen. El carro lo dejamos en el estacionamiento es muy seguro, Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero completas, el baño espacioso y todo limpio. En la calle siguiente hay restaurantes y bares y esta bonita la zona para salir a caminar por las noches Fuimos en familia ...

Las habitaciones No tienen aire acondionado , hay ventilador , Fuimos en octubre y el clima estaba frío en la noche por lo que no fue necesario el A/C...
El cajón de estacionamiento abajo de la habitación 🛏️ hace que uno se sienta más cómodo. La opción de tener un Refri, y una cocina nos permitió ahorrar con las cenas.

La cama es un poco incómoda y el ruido excesivo del cuarto ya que está pegado a la avenida. Una sugerencia sería buscar una manera en como cancelar ese ruido ya sea con un vidrio más grueso o paneles de cancelación de ruido. Si te hospedas en las habitaciones detrás, no tendras ningún problema y estarán más cómodos.

They aren't the cleanest. The sheets weren't cleaned; we asked for a new set of sheets, and they kindly gave it to us. But overall, the cleaning wasn't good. There were tiny hairs in the bathrooms. A used cotton ball behind the lamp, lots of small hairs in the sheets.
