The property was conveniently located in town and easy to walk to the restaurants and shops. It was great to park the car and walk into town. The breakfast has a lot of variety and we were full.

It was all good until about 10 PM. We were on the main floor and then it felt like elephants were stomping on our heads when the people returned to the room above us. We could also hear the water running as they used the facilities and there was a constant banging noise (maybe from the shower or toilet) that went on for a while. It eventually stopped and we went to sleep.

Very clean, cozy, a big breakfast was provided, close to Banff centre and very nice and welcoming staff.

The room was clean and comfortable. It was quite cold, but we were given a space heater which worked very well.

The electronic card didn't work when we returned at 1am. It may have been related to the cold weather. I rang the doorbell and called the phone number and got voice mail. Eventually we were able to get the door to open.
