Great location, close enough to the tram station to walk but far enough away to not really hear it at night. The new host was very friendly and full of local knowledge for places to go. The apartment and the complex were clean and has undercover parking. This is the second time we have stayed here and we will be rebooking again next year.

The beds in the apartment were not very comfortable and the apartment would be better with blockout blinds to block out the complex outdoor lights.

It was dirty, walls and cupboards were dirty. Room needed an upgrade. Carpet had stains. No plug for the kitchen sink, coffee and teabag were stored in a plastic cup. Clothes horse was rusty and so was the side table. Couch was lumpy. Talked to Belinda and she fobbed me off saying it's only a 3 star accomodation
