Впечатления гостей
- Cleanliness7.0
Generally reported as clean in several reviews, though some guests noted stained carpet, dust and spots that indicated inconsistent housekeeping.
- Service10.0
Staff repeatedly described as pleasant, helpful and welcoming; positive reception interactions mentioned despite a note about signing a deposit.
- Location10.0
Consistently praised: very central, excellent tram/metro connections and easy access to the city and Prater.
- Room Quality6.0
Rooms noted as comfortable and spacious with good beds, but major negatives from lack of air conditioning, excessive heat and noisy fans/AC that impaired sleep.
- Amenities5.5
Basic amenities (soap/shampoo present) but key amenity — functioning air conditioning — was missing in many rooms; provided fans were noisy and ineffective.
- Value for Money9.5
Several guests explicitly cited good price/quality and found rooms comfortable for the cost, supporting a strong perceived value despite some issues.
- Food and Beverage7.0
Breakfast received positive comments and an on-site pizzeria was liked; overall F&B considered good but not a standout feature.
- Overall Experience9.0
On balance guests found the hotel convenient, with friendly staff and comfortable beds; however, summer heat and absence of AC reduced comfort for some stays.
