Впечатления гостей

Cleanliness6.5
Multiple reviews report dirtiness: stained towels, old/odorous pillows, dusty surfaces, bathroom grime and lack of regular room cleaning.
Service8.1
Generally praised reception and attentive staff in several reviews (quick check-in, friendly camareira), but a few reports of poor arrival handling and delayed assistance.
Location8.6
Consistently highlighted as a strong point — very close to the bridge, markets and restaurants; convenient for shopping and border access.
Room Quality7.9
Beds often described as comfortable and rooms spacious, but issues noted with stairs access, occasional noise, some mold spots and aging linens/pillows.
Amenities7.9
Good kitchen setup (frigobar, induction stove, laundry, parking) reported, but lacks some conveniences (no microwave/airfryer in some comments), missing toiletries and occasional maintenance issues.
Value for Money8.8
Frequently called 'excellent cost-benefit' or 'ótimo custo benefício' — guests repeatedly note strong value relative to price.
Food and Beverage7.8
Little direct F&B service reported; positive notes about kitchen/frigobar and nearby restaurants, but no on-site food service consistency mentioned.
Overall Experience8.4
Majority of stays described as satisfactory or better (practical, good location, comfortable bed), tempered by recurring cleanliness and minor amenity issues.
