Впечатления гостей
- Cleanliness7.5
Mixed reports: several guests praised cleanliness in smaller reviews, but at least one detailed stay described strong odors, mosquitoes and overall hygiene problems (smell, insects, and cat-related issues) that lowered this score.
- Service10.0
Consistently very positive: multiple comments about helpful, pleasant and very friendly staff/owners and excellent service; staff responsiveness and hospitality are repeatedly highlighted.
- Location9.5
Generally strong: described as a good location (hotel zone, close to beach area) and very good placement for a villa/hotel; some notes about access to the beach requiring a long walk and limited nearby restaurants but overall favorable.
- Room Quality7.2
Mixed to below-average: some rooms described as comfortable and matching photos, but issues include dated decor, AC left off causing hot rooms, poor sound insulation, a non-working TV and occasional maintenance problems.
- Amenities9.0
Positive amenities: private parking, pool/courtyard with good seating and pleasant water temperature, kitchen water available; minor negatives include slow WiFi and presence of cats in/around property.
- Value for Money9.7
Viewed very favorably by multiple guests: described as good cost-benefit, welcoming owners, and feeling like being at home — strong perception of value.
- Food and Beverage9.5
Breakfast frequently praised (freshly prepared on order, tasty), though one guest didn’t get to try it due to a poor night; overall F&B sentiment is very positive.
- Overall Experience8.0
Overall mixed: many short reviews report a welcoming, charming boutique/villa experience with excellent staff, but at least one very negative, unforgettable stay (noise, alarms, insects, smell) brings the overall impression down from excellent to solidly good.

Loved my week at this very cozy and comfortable small hotel. My room was great, as was breakfast and the pool! The owners and staff are very approachable and quick to offer advice and to deal with any issues, not that I had any. Location is at the end of a quiet cul de sac, away from the main loud areas but walkable to the beach. Highly recommended!

La posizione non è proprio comodissima per raggiungere a piedi la zona hotelera, sono circa 20 minuti. Noi avevamo prenotato la suite e ci aspettavamo qualcosa di speciale ma in realtà è una camera normalissima.
Everything looks great. The hotel is in a nice quiet part and has a great atmosphere.

Bella struttura in ottima posizione

La stanza era proprio all’ingresso e più piccola rispetto a quanto sembrasse dalle foto
