Rest assured, this is the best option in Buenos Aires and San Telmo. Completely renovated!! Very comfortable—great mattresses, sheets, and bedspreads. A cozy living area with a 70-inch TV. Excellent Wi-Fi and plenty of power outlets. Tables and chairs set up for digital nomads. Everything is designed for comfort. There’s a large, spacious kitchen with a 6-burner stove and an industrial oven, plus two refrigerators. There’s a grill for *asados* (barbecues) and a great sense of camaraderie. Multiple restrooms and showers are available, along with huge lockers for backpacks and smaller, secure lockers for valuables. Coffee, beer, and wine are on offer. The place features air conditioning and heating. Tourist information is provided. The location is unbeatable—right by the San Telmo Market, surrounded by bars and restaurants, and close to Calle Defensa, which hosts a street fair every Sunday. It’s a vibrant spot, popular with international travelers. Supermarkets are very close by, and there’s easy access to the subway, trains, and electric buses. Staff are on-site 24 hours a day—the receptionists and the cleaning staff are excellent. Everything is excellent! .......

Some of the matresses needs an update.

El lugar es super bonito y estético. Los sillones muy comodos! Me sorprendieron las camas y las habitaciones. Super limpio todo. La gente y el personal en general muy agradables. Los baños tambien super limpios! Muy amables con el servicio de guardar las valijas que pasa a ser muy útil para antes de hacer el check in y cuando hiciste el check out. Esta bueno que tambien ofrezcan lockers personales para guardar lo más importante! Lleven un candado con llave para usarlo ahí. Yo como no sabía de esto no lo llevé, pero me vendieron uno en recepción por 6 mil pesos. Las habitaciones tienen cerraduras electronicas con PIN lo cual te hace sentir más seguro. Recomiendo un montón!

Mi estadía fue excepcional y todo de verdad es súper limpio, pero siento que tal vez la parte de la heladera y los artículos para cocinar podrían estar un poco más limpios. Sé que es algo difícil de manejar cuando hay tanta gente participando de lo mismo, pero espero que mi comentario ayude a mejorar. Fuera de eso, de verdad que es un lugar hermoso, vale la pena quedarse y voy a volver.
