The hotel’s location was definitely its biggest advantage. It was conveniently situated within walking distance of a 7-Eleven, the night market, and several massage places. Everything we needed was easily accessible, making it convenient to explore the area, grab food, and enjoy the local surroundings without having to travel far.

The overall comfort of the room was disappointing. The air conditioning was not functioning properly, and the room never felt cool enough. We reported the issue, but unfortunately, nothing was done to resolve it during our stay. The pillows were also uncomfortable. They felt overly used, worn out, and unusually firm, which made it difficult to get a comfortable night’s sleep. Housekeeping was another area that could use improvement. Although the room was marked as cleaned, the service seemed limited to making the bed and replacing the towels. The room itself did not appear to have been properly cleaned. On a positive note, the common areas, lobby, and front-of-house areas were clean and well-maintained. However, the cleanliness and comfort of the actual guest room did not meet our expectations.

The staff were all very helpful and polite they answer my questions through email very fast. The rooms were very clean, we love the japanese bidet. I like also that you cannot enter the floor without tapping your card outside the elevator. Makes me feel my stuff is secure. The hotel is right infront of ximen station exit 6 and you only have to cross the road to get to ximending and NET. there is a 711 at the ground level.

The breakfast served was not really to my liking. It was ok but not exceptional.

The hotel was dirty and extremely poorly soundproofed. It is located next to a very busy and incredibly noisy road. The constant traffic noise made it impossible to sleep properly. I barely got any rest during my stay, which made the whole experience very unpleasant and disappointing.
