Впечатления гостей

• Cleanliness5.0

Multiple reviews report dirtiness, long-standing stains, musty/rotten wood smells, hair on rented towels and general lack of hygiene in bathrooms and linens.

• Service9.5

Generally staff are described as helpful and available (allowed bikes in rooms, responsive to requests), but there is at least one strong negative report about a rude receptionist and intrusive housekeeping.

• Location10.0

Repeatedly praised as perfect/central (in front of Parque Kennedy, close to restaurants and supermarket); cited as the strongest positive across many reviews.

• Room Quality7.0

Rooms are often described as very small/cramped with limited storage; some report awkward bathroom layouts (connected/partially open) and aged structure, while others find rooms comfortable.

• Amenities8.0

Common areas and some installations are modern and stylish, but guests report issues with towel rental, lack of bath mats, and occasional lack of hot water.

• Value for Money8.5

Mixed feedback: several guests praise the value relative to location and character, while a few call it overpriced for the maintenance/cleanliness level.

• Food and Beverage7.3

Breakfast is repeatedly described as very simple, not very tasty and sometimes with not-fresh fruit; not a strong point but generally available.

• Overall Experience9.5

Overall stays are positive for many due to location, character of the building and friendly staff; however recurring cleanliness, room-size and water issues temper reviews for some guests.

Na primeira noite me queimei.

La ubicación es perfecta, el que esté a unos pasos del paraje Kennedy lo hace perfecto y puedes conocer varios lugares solo caminando si vienes de turismo, mi primera experiencia en un hoster y volvería. Gracias

The location (nice view on the park), friendly staff. The owner takes comment into account: we had a ventilator.

There was a humidity problem in our room: the smell was very strong and the walls damaged because of it (see pictures). We had to sleep with the window open because of it, except the window is directly on the park, with all the noises. We didn't sleep well because of these circumstances.
