Впечатления гостей
- Cleanliness8.4
Many guests reported clean rooms and bathrooms, but a few serious incidents (unchanged sheets, found condom, general unclean/old-worn rooms) lower the overall cleanliness sentiment to slightly below the target.
- Service9.6
Service is repeatedly praised: friendly, polite, responsive front desk and restaurant staff, quick to help—one of the strongest positives across reviews.
- Location9.2
Location is frequently called convenient and close to attractions; guests mention Koreatown evolution and easy access, contributing to an above-target score.
- Room Quality8.3
Rooms are often comfortable with good beds and bathrooms, but issues like small room size, noisy/flimsy windows, aged/worn rooms and some maintenance problems (broken safe, noisy floor, bathroom door) reduce this rating.
- Amenities9.3
Amenities receive positive mentions (Netflix on TV, cocktails at the bar, organic coffee, parking available); generally considered a strong point.
- Value for Money8.2
Mixed signals: many guests felt the stay was pleasant and would return, but several called out poor value or described the property as a 'cheap motel dressed up' which lowers perceived value.
- Food and Beverage9.5
Restaurant and bar are frequently praised: wonderful food, great cocktails and tasty coffee—one of the clearest strengths in reviews.
- Overall Experience9.5
Most guests report enjoyable stays, praising staff, cleanliness and comfort; a few severe negative experiences affect but do not dominate the overall sentiment.
