The room smell of cigarette smoke. The floor carpet appears to be dusty and dirty. The window curtain system not intuitive to allow open half, only either full close or open. The view with the big neon signage of RUI is not desirable. The complimentary drinkable water is not sufficient and hard to open the lid. The staff not attentive and initiative to inform about Hilton Honour membership privilege and discounts
