Впечатления гостей
- Cleanliness7.1
Many guests report the hotel is generally clean with daily housekeeping, but there are occasional issues (flies, small bugs on surfaces, and some water leakage from the shower) mentioned in several reviews.
- Service8.6
Consistently praised across reviews: staff described as very helpful, professional and accommodating (frequent mentions of Nabila/Nebila and attentive reception/housekeeping).
- Location8.1
Convenient for Jakarta attractions and public transport (close to Monas and main bus/train links), though a few guests noted limited nearby amenities and difficult car access because of local roads/construction.
- Room Quality6.4
Mixed to negative: several comments about rooms being dark or small, inability to open windows, occasional insects, broken shower fittings, basic TVs and some key/access problems.
- Amenities7.6
Basic but functional: air conditioning works well and some rooms offer a sauna (positive), while in-room entertainment is basic (non‑Smart TV) and other amenities are modest.
- Value for Money8.4
Frequently described as good or cheap value — guests note a strong price-to-quality ratio and satisfactory daily housekeeping for the rate.
- Food and Beverage6.6
Mixed impressions: one strong praise calling the buffet delicious, but other reviews report limited variety, small portions and hygiene concerns when breakfast is served.
- Overall Experience8.0
Overall positive stays for many guests thanks to helpful staff, cleanliness and location, tempered by room quality, breakfast and occasional maintenance issues.
