Took a while to work out how to use the oven, some clear instructions would have been great. Had a blocked shower drain and dripping A/C unit during our stay which were fixed but had to ask twice to get this done.

Bed was rock hard even with a pillow topper and lounge was so low it was hard to get out of.

we could hear a nightclub down the rd playing load EDM, eventually we got used to it and we could sleep, it was dull in the background, low constant noise, annoying but ok in the end

It was a clean, comfortable, modern hotel that was in a great location for us. It was close to the airport, and within walking distance to the Train, Mascot Station, so we could visit downtown Sydney. Our rental car company was also just a few blocks away with a shuttle to the airport. Good restaurants were close by.
