Al Bandar Rotana is an outstanding hotel in every respect, from its excellent location and beautiful views to its elegant, comfortable rooms. The overall experience was exceptional, and the hospitality truly made my stay memorable. A special thanks to the front desk team for kindly upgrading my room to a partial canal-view room. It was a wonderful gesture that made the experience even better. What impressed me most was the hotel’s honesty and professionalism. I accidentally left my credit card in the room, and the hotel promptly emailed me to inform me that they had found it and securely kept it in their Lost and Found department. This level of care, trustworthiness, and attention to guests’ belongings speaks volumes about the hotel’s service standards. Beautiful rooms, a great location, stunning views, and genuinely professional staff — Al Bandar Rotana delivers excellence in every way. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai!

The room was comfortable and the facilities were satisfactory.

I was disappointed by several aspects of my stay. First of all, the carpet in my room had large, clearly visible stains that looked as though they had been there for a long time. Cleanliness is a basic expectation for a hotel of this category. I also encountered an issue with the 20% discount on food and drinks, which was clearly advertised as one of the benefits included in my reservation and was even mentioned in the name of the room I had booked. When I placed my first room service order, despite explaining the situation and showing the staff member the details of my reservation, I kept receiving phone calls approximately every ten minutes asking me to pay. I had clearly explained that I wanted the bill charged to my room and that I would settle it at reception after my meal. The situation became particularly unpleasant when a member of the reception staff came directly to my room, preventing me from enjoying my meal in peace. After checking the details, the reception staff eventually acknowledged that I was right and issued a new bill with the 20% discount applied. However, no apology was offered. I find it unacceptable to have to insist on receiving a benefit that was clearly included in my booking, especially when I was made to feel uncomfortable over an error that was not mine. Between the lack of cleanliness and the poor handling of the situation by the staff, my overall experience unfortunately fell short of my expectations.

Dinner at R.E.A.D Bistro & Café overlooking the beautiful Bosphorus was a truly memorable experience, with excellent food, service, and breathtaking views. The staff were extremely professional, friendly, and attentive. The hotel's beautiful location and peaceful atmosphere made our stay unforgettable. A well-deserved 10/10! Highly recommended, and definitely my first choice for future visits to Istanbul.
