Впечатления гостей

• Cleanliness8.6

Generally reported as clean—clean rooms and very clean showers—but some guests noted scuffs on walls/doors and high foyer windows that need attention.

• Service9.2

Staff described as friendly and helpful (facilitated requests, lovely staff at reception), contributing positively to stays.

• Location9.4

Consistently praised for being within walking distance of the domestic terminals and ideal for short stays before flights.

• Room Quality8.1

Rooms have comfortable beds and good showers, but some rooms lacked in-room facilities, had scuffs, warm AC or minor maintenance issues (loose power point).

• Amenities7.0

Limited amenities for an airport hotel: minimal in-room facilities, no consistent in-room water, minibar/water often only at reception, and limited food service hours.

• Value for Money8.6

Multiple guests called it good value or very reasonable pricing for a budget hotel with comfortable rooms and convenient location.

• Food and Beverage7.4

Bar/restaurant has a nice outlook but food options are limited at later times; breakfast quality/timing received some complaints and coffee service ended relatively early.

• Overall Experience8.1

Well-suited for quick overnight stays before flights—comfortable and convenient with good staff—but minor maintenance and limited amenities temper the experience.

Car park pressure pads didn’t work properly so it took ages to leave the carpark

Good and nice rooms with much space.

Poor Breakfast and with a late opening for being an Airport hotel.

Everything about this property is excellent. I didn’t want to get out of the shower, the water was hot and the shower was so so clean. I cannot fault this hotel. The bed was so comfortable and really clean.

My only comments is the high windows in the foyer downstairs could do with a really good clean, as this is the first thing you see when you come in from parking the car. Oh and the air conditioning in the rooms was a bit hot for me.
