I stayed here before and returned because it's an excellent place to stay. 24/7 security by the door, making sure no one who is not a hotel guest can get in. Nice suite with thoughtful details such as wine glasses. Very clean. Staff are very nice and friendly. Bikes are a bonus for exploring the city. Special thanks to Alan from reception who went out of his way to fix an issue that I had. People like him are the reason I would return again to Casa Decu.

The location was great, nice neighborhood very walkable. The Continental breakfast was a nice surprise.

We were initially put on the ground floor with a room that you could see directly from the entrance, they tried to tell us this was an upgrade because it had an outdoor space, it also only had a double bed. I complained and they moved us to the 4th floor (no elevator) not good for someone with a recent knee replacement. The room was fairly spartan and for a hotel in Mexico where the water is questionable we receive only 2 complimentary 330 ml bottles for the 4 days we were there. The hotel arranged our transport to the airport, the car was less than clean and beaten up and the driver delivered us to the wrong terminal even though we told him the terminal number, twice.

Good location within walking distance of nice restaurants and shops. Rooftop area that has a relaxing atmosphere. Comfortable bed and stylish decor.
