The view of the Dragon Bridge from the rooftop swimming pool is sublime. Breakfast was nice with a variety of food. The room was well equipped, except for an ironing board, which should have been available in each room. The staff are reliable in all aspects. Especially Alice, the receptionist, has been very helpful with her advice. It was a great stay at the hotel, and I would use this hotel when I am back in Da Nang.

The breakfast was quite disappointing. The staff seemed more focused on themselves and paid little attention to the guests. Asking for an egg to be prepared seemed too much. About twenty minutes before the end of breakfast, the staff started cleaning up extensively. For example, the toaster had already been removed, and several products were no longer available. On Booking, breakfast is described as a culinary experience with local specialties, juice, pancakes, cheese, and fruit, among other things. We did not recognize this image from our stay. Of all the hotels during our trip through Vietnam, this was clearly the worst experience
