It is not a 5 star, staff is incompetent, cleaning is unreliable, shower did not work properly, and you should see the gym on 15 sm (probably to get the 5 star on paper)

The location is excellent, making it very easy to get around Prague. The room was also nicely designed and functional for a solo traveler.

The room is extremely small and would be too cramped for two people. Check-in was delayed—despite arriving at 5:30 PM (well past the 2:00 PM check-in time) and notifying the hotel in advance, I had to wait nearly 30 minutes for my room. Service was disappointing: I requested a chair to work, had to ask twice, and was brought a table instead. Breakfast was chaotic, seats were hard to find, and food ran out quickly, likely because the area serves two hotels. I would only consider returning if the price was significantly discounted.

It was a great room for what I paid for it. It was way nicer than I was expecting for the cost. I also appreciate that the check-in person was able to say my last name (literally the first time in my life a stranger was able to do that).
