The location is very good, just downstairs is the tram station and Pigeon Square, right in the center of the tourist area, very convenient for transportation. Across the street, there is a Pekara Edin bakery that opens at 6 am, so if you wake up early, you can go there for breakfast. Overall, it gives a very local feeling and feels very safe. The landlord is very nice and warm, willing to provide help as much as possible.

The house is too old, the place at the entrance of the ground floor of the building seems to be used for garbage or something, it smells bad. There is always a somewhat unpleasant feeling inside the house, and the shared bathroom may not be very convenient. However, considering the price for this location, the cost performance is still quite good.
