The service was great, the staff always willing to help and the location very good

They charged me more than what I had booked through booking, and when I mentioned it to the employee, he said it was a deposit that would be refunded 15 days after check out. Not having this clear, I asked for the invoice on the day of leaving and there is no mention of any deposit, so I am afraid they will not refund me anything. I have to wait to see if this is true. Always check before paying.
