The cleanliness of the room. The bathroom and room floors were dirty. After reporting it and requesting that they be cleaned, it was not done.

The hotel had an excellent location, close to public transport and all amenities; The staff were friendly; Cleaning was done daily.

It is not a 3-star hotel as indicated, there are many details that leave much to be desired. We stayed in a room where the paint was terrible. There was a horrible tobacco smell at the reception.
