it is not called Manhattan in reality, it says crown plaza, you pay for a normal room and they give you a room from the eighties because the normal ones cost extra, the rooms they deliver do not appear in their publications, only two elevators work and the emergency stairs are out of service, it does not have a safe, it does not have a fridge, you pay for breakfast and they give you in hand, they do not let you grab anything, they only give you a banana, a coffee, and a bread, I am still fighting a charge because they charged 680 dollars apart from booking supposedly because booking did not pay them, and booking has not done anything, I am settling that charge through my bank, I will never return to that place and I will never use booking again to reserve, they do not answer, do not help, and do not do anything.

do not rent there, they do not give the room that is rented, the hotel is not called Manhattan, it is a fraud, booking knows it and does nothing about it, it does not comply with the legal accommodation standards, I am still fighting charges made at the hotel outside of booking and they do nothing, neither the hotel nor booking, I am settling it through my card as fraud

The elevators were having issues all 4 days. At one point I had to walk down 5 floors and get off to try and get an elevator to work. My first night there was dirt on one of the pillows, and small flies in the bathroom. The peep hole cover was broken and open for anyone to look in.
Room was nasty, furniture very outdated, smelled old, hole in floor. Definitely not what was pictured online
