Only one keycard, they charge more for an extra one. The light in the sink/mirror area was not bright enough for me to see myself well. Uninviting lobby area. Not enough towels, no iron.

Rooms and general facilities looked dated already - we had a small cushioned bench next to the desk in our room which was disgusting - heavily stained. The hallways had corner protectors falling off, etc. Rooms were tiny.
The location was amazing, the rooms were clean and very well designed. The staff also arranged a taxi to the airport for us. I would highly recommend this hotel.
