The large pool was closed, there was confusion between the electricity card and the room key, there was no milk for the drinks, no salt and pepper on request at the buffet breakfast and we paid for a room with the sea view to see the fireworks then on arrival we were informed it’s advised not to watch the fireworks from the room

That the largest part of the pool with a sea view was unusable and we were only informed upon arrival without offering better solutions, maybe by providing drinks by the pool, could have been a welcomed solution
