From the moment you arrive at the gates you are greeted with the most amazing temple grounds inside are the most wonderful gardens with koi carp tanks and the most wonderful statues a credit to your host Wayan who couldn't do enough for me throughout my stay, The gardens are kept immaculate daily as are the rooms, the views across the rice fields and farmland are spectacular at sunset, if you're after a secluded quiet stay inside a spectacular temple this place is for you, I cannot fault my stay here at all, a massive thank you to Wayan and his staff, and as for the chicken satay WOW, You must try it

A beautiful accommodation with a Balinese family. A private temple is the centerpiece of the property and the family takes wonderful care of everything you need. The breakfast is super delicious and in the evening you can also indulge yourself. Everything is freshly prepared. There is a pool and the entire property has beautiful vegetation. If you are looking for peace, you will find a very nice place here. We can only recommend it.

This place is a hidden gem! We didn't expect it to be this good! 😍 The place is beautiful, inside a family home with wonderful temples! Having a pool was definitely a plus!! We only stayed here for one night after our flight, but we really wished we could have stayed longer! 😊

Fabulous stay at Villa D'Carik. We were only there for one night as a transit between Java and Flores, but we were not disappointed by the disconnection that this place brings. And how to better optimize our short stay than by sleeping in a temple... Visit and dormitory, an efficient two in one! The photos do not do justice to the beauty of the temple, it is much more imposing and impressive than one can imagine! And thanks to the helpfulness of the host, we even managed to get a massage at 9 o'clock at night! If we pass by Bali again, we will come back!

Unfortunately, the accommodation is very old. We had no hot water and the large shower head was completely calcified. The air conditioning was very loud, so the night was not particularly restful. In addition, the accommodation was not very easy to find and definitely not accessible by car.
