Hotel very well maintained. Reception, restaurant, and room staff discreet, courteous, responsive, efficient, and very kind. 4* hotel far superior to many others in the category that we encountered during our 15-day journey. Establishment consistent with the photos. Hotel and rooms very clean and in good condition. Quality bedding. Varied and quality catering. For us French, the breakfast lacked pastries and sweet varieties, but the catering staff (Sania) noticed it and spontaneously offered us pancakes that were not initially planned at the buffet. We appreciated the gesture. Infinity pool on the rooftop of a good size and perfectly maintained.

Hotel on a busy and noisy boulevard. Fortunately, the rooms are surely well soundproofed because it did not bother us at all at night. Hotel a bit far from the center but quickly accessible by tuk-tuk. Safe neighborhood but surroundings not great in terms of environment and cleanliness.

Great Stay at Fern Residency, Jaipur! Starting from the room, we got upgraded to a Suite Room which was a great experience in itself! Special thanks to the people in the kitchen and serving the food. They catered to our need for specific baby food that we needed for our toddler! Chef Santosh was always a delight to fulfill those requests! Saniya, Priya, and Rohit were exceptionally great with their overall service while serving the food and helping with the baby! Overall a wonderful stay and would recommend it to anyone traveling to Jaipur! 5/5
