The hotel is in a great location, making it convenient for getting around. The staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful throughout our stay. The gym and pool facilities were also very good and a nice added benefit.

There was a slight issue with the room when we first arrived, but the staff handled it quickly and professionally, which was really appreciated.

The breakfast buffet was beautiful and I greatly appreciated the variety of vegetarian and lactose-free options. Our breakfast server was very friendly. The valets were helpful and kind.

We probably had one of the worst rooms in the hotel. Noisy because it was next to 3 elevators, the room phone didn't work, and the old toilet seat broke on the evening of our arrival. Also, what about a luxury hotel that doesn't have a dryer to accommodate its guests who get caught in a torrential rain! I had to hang my clothes in the room and use the hairdryer. I was so happy to treat myself to a luxurious hotel for a special outing!

In the 1st room, the sofa bed did not work and in the 2nd room, we had to ask for the bed to be made. The carpet was old. The parking that we paid 55€ per night for: waited 30 minutes for our car to be brought to us
