A nuestra llegada nos dieron una habitación sucia , muy sucia y con olor a podrido . Tuvimos q solicitar el cambio . La persona que nos atendió ( un hombre) dijo que no tenía más disponibilidad, esperamos y hablamos con una Señora excelente que comprobó tal desastre y nos cambió la habitación. No entiendo como en el mismo momento y uno al lado del otro, un asistente nos dice que el hotel está completo y luego una señora con profesionalidad lo comprueba y soluciona en 10 minutos. Es una mala imagen para un Hilton tener ese tipo de empleados que pueden arruinar unas vacaciones

I had to ask twice for a third towel when the hotel knew we were three people in the room.

We had to wait in line for 45 minutes just to check in. The air conditioning unit in our room was so loud it made sleeping difficult. I believe we were in room 3329.
