Reception area was not exactly top drawer - more efficient Our room had a very bad drain smell ( serious one ) and aircon was unbelievably noisy

The location attracts a lot of homeless people, breakfast included but not really included, valet and mini water bottles cost: $5 (ridiculous considering the room prices), cramped lobby

On our second night we came back to a room that had not been cleaned. It was explained to us that rooms were only cleaned every other night. Unusual and disappointing for a hotel of this standard, however, the staff were understanding and made up for it during breakfast.
