There was nothing that I didn’t like
This is an ideal place to park a car when flying in and out of Atlanta Hartsfield Airport. The parking is inexpensive if you book online, and they have a free airport shuttle that runs every 30 minutes. It's also great to be able to stay where your car is before or after a long flight. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet, and the staff is very nice

We often wish there were better restaurants in the immediate neighborhood.

The staff was very unfriendly and not resourceful. The lights were out for over five hours and nobody came up to the eighth floor to assist me with my disabled brother.

There were three elevators, only one worked. The carpet smelled stale. Parking and breakfast overpriced. It needs renovations

No hot water the entire stay, and a wind storm knocked the power out for 8 hours! And then when I wanted to extend my stay one day I was told another security deposit had to be held!!
