The location is good. Within a few minutes walk, there are shopping, food court, and beach, which is very convenient. Next to the hotel is the National Market Place.

The toilet got clogged and water overflowed, wetting the floor. Water overflowed on the floor of the washroom and part of the bedroom.
Convenience, the location was near everything. Free water bottles daily. $100 credit towards food and drinks. I wished I had a higher floor than 7 but was told that's all they had, didn’t care for the parking garage view.

Found two roaches in our room on top of the dresser. Bath towels should be 4 instead of only 2, I had to request twice for more towels. The telephone in the room, you couldn’t really hear, a lot of static noise.
The beaches were very close and the beautiful atmosphere of the Island. Hawaii is an incredible place.

Fraud attempt: They tried to scam me with my credit card at the Hotel during my entire stay. I had to contact my bank to block the card so they couldn't steal my money. Every day in the early morning, they tried to charge my credit card for high amounts of money. I do not recommend this hotel due to fraud attempt.
