An excellent stay at this beautiful property, ideally located right in downtown Almaty and within walking distance of everything. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive, and the property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet offered many options. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great location. The hotel has a small pool and sauna, which is great after active hikes in the mountains. Excellent mattresses and pillows.

The breakfasts are somewhat meager and not the most delicious - on the first day there was a tasty samosa, for some reason on the children's table, and then we didn't see it again ((( no sparkling wine for breakfast, which is also disappointing 😁. There are towels with frayed edges, the bed linen seems fine.
We had a very pleasant stay at Novotel Almaty. The location is really ideal for exploring the city and getting around easily. The staff is particularly friendly, welcoming, and always available. Special mention also for the breakfast, very complete and of high quality. A very good address in Almaty that we recommend without hesitation.
