Regarding the service and the staff. The extra fees and the hotel's proposal to convert them into consumption, but without providing the capacity to use them. Room cleaning failures. Dirty hallways. And other points. I will not return to this hotel.

The room, the shower still has a curtain in 2026, the mattress needs to be changed because it's old and sunken, as for cleaning, I had to call twice to clean the room, not to mention the line for a coffee, the structure needs to be reviewed, fix these little things, which together become big things
